Not realy: To cure a sebaceous cyst it needs to be destroyed completely or removed completely. The best way is surgical excision.

No: Sebaceous cyst is a type of inclusion cyst. They often occur in hair bearing areas. Once it is formed it can fluctuate in size, but the only way to get rid of it is to have it excised or cut out.
