None (except meds): So looking strictly at RA and pregnancy, there is no known risks between the two. In fact, for reasons that remain unclear, RA gets better during pregnancy. Unfortunately, women tend to flare postpartum. The caveat to this answer regards medications, where several that are used frequently in RA (i.e. Methotrexate) are known to harm the fetus. Discussion with your doctor will help you avoid issues.
