Several steps: First, review what's stressful to you about your work situation, and why. See if any changes could be made so that things run more smoothly, or if work relationships need addressing. Before going to work you can practice mindfulness skills and breathing exercises, so you can use them as needed. Consider also whether this is the job you want; would other options be a better fit for you?
