None: So to answer the question that i think you're asking, there has been no known association with anti-tnf medications and fertility or your ability to start a family. Now, spondyloarthropathies do have a genetic component and this may be passed on to your children. How these genetic risk factors affect disease are not clearly defined, such as hla-b27.
