Needs some eval: It may just be a soft tissue ache or even a little kink in your intestine that is uncomfortable when you may be a little constipated/stool slows down. But you should talk with you doctor about it. A urine test(s) might be in order, and perhaps some imaging such as an ultrasound or CT scan. Good wishes:)
