Irritation: There are several common causes. Yeast infection can be a cause even without any discharge. Moisture can be a source of irritation. The 3rd possible cause would be an allergic reaction to something, soaps, detergents, or even pads. There are also some skin abnormalities but would be unlikely at age 20.
