It may be too early: Usually the test becomes positive a week after plantation, so it all depends when you got pregnant, if negative try again in 5 days.

Still too early: You have not missed your next period yet, so it is still to early for urine pregnancy test, but if you can't wait go get a blood pregnancy test done.
