Yes.: Young women (teenagers especially) have erratic menstrual cycles and ovulate unpredictably. If the unhygienic practice of vaginal intercourse during menstruation happens to coincide with an ovulatory event, then you can and will get pregnant with up to 30% chance per cycle. Remember that sperm lives for up to 5 days in your genital tract, thus conception can occur after intercourse. Folate (folic acid) 1-5 mg!
