Depression?: It's a vicious cycle, since when depressed, we can become overweight. When overweight, we can become depressed. Start with some healthy eating, eliminate all sugar from your diet, and start a simple exercise that is fun. It might be a 10 minute walk first thing in the morning, or putting on some music and doing some movement. Get help from a counselor or therapist if you don't have someone yet.
