Reynaud's & P.O.T.S.: Fingers blanching white when exposed to cold is a sign of spasm of the arteries in the fingers, called reynaud's phenomenon. If cold persists, they will turn blue. When re-warmed they will flush red due to hyperemic blood flow. Rapid resting heart rate. Or p.O.T.S. Is due to poor vagus nerve tone. Both reynaud's and p.O.T.S. Can be a sign of underlying Insulin resistance, have your dr. Check this.
