What is the best over the countet fade cream for people with lichen plantus?

None: Lichen planus is notorious for causing hyperpigmentation (dark spots) on the skin after resolving. The residual pigment is too deep in the skin to be cleared by bleaching creams over the counter or even by prescription. Best bet is hope that with time the spots will fade to some extent. Meanwhile avoid sun to the affected areas.
