Itchy fun?: If the "toy" was really the cause of the rash i would be concerned about possible latex sensitivity. Although this sound more like a contact dermatitis to latex or some other chemical in the toy, this could be a precursor to systemic latex sensitivity. A less like cause could be semen sensitivity. Check with an allergist or dermatologist. In the interim avoid toy(s).
