11wk ago: 3 months = 13 weeks. Since one conceives roughly 2 wks after their LMP starts, and being 3 months means that your LMP started 13 wks ago, you ovulated and conceived roughly 11 wks ago.

It is not exact: This all depends on the day you ovulated more than the day you had sex. If your periods are very regular, you ovulated 14 days before your period was going to start. The problem is that the egg lives 24 hours, but the sperm can live a few days, so the day isn't accurate.
