SHOULD BE ABLE : Not sure of what you mean do you mean with glasses on or just contacts? You could get a prescription for them i would imagine. Ask the optometrist.

Yes: Yes. Make sure you get the lenses through an eye doctor though. Some of these lenses can put you at risk for a corneal infection.
