Many options: Mirena (levonorgestrel) iud can minimize or eliminate your cycle. The depoprovera usually stops your cyc;le. Birth control pills, the patch and NuvaRing regulate the cycle and can decrease the amount of bleeding. Nexplanon causes irregular but usually very light bleeding.
