Depends: Everyone has a different situation. If all your testing has been done and no cause of irregular bleeding is found, you can just simply chart your menstrual cycles and as long as you are getting 8 menstrual cycles a year, you do not have to have any treatment. If you are having heavy bleeding, you can get anemia and weakness. In that case, you can just use NSAIDs or Tranexemic Acid.
