Blood type: This is easy if you know your parents type you may get a good idea. But why not just get the blood test done.

Get it Tested - If..: Blood type refers to thousands of proteins on the surface of cell membranes, as recognized by antibody proteins. Abo and rh types were the first 2 & most important (in terms of transfusion reactions) characterized historically. There are hundreds more "types". However, there is no known practical reason for the testing. It is always tested/retested if you ever donate blood or are to be given cells.
