Talk to your doc!: If you're taking birth control pills (oral contraception) it's pretty easy to skip a menstrual period by skipping the sugar pills. In other words, start the next month's pack immediately after finishing the previous month's "real" pills. But be sure to chat w/your doc about this before doing so. This won't bring on your menses but will delay it which may be useful during vacations, honeymoon, etc.

You can not control : There is nothing that i know that can help you to have a 5 day earlier period. The period timeing is set by the body's hormonal rhythms which are controlled by an internal clock!
