Yes: Check out https://online.epocrates.com/noframe/showpage.do?method=drugs&monographid=1961&activesectionid=5 which lists "male infertility" as a serious reaction. http://www.drugs.com/sfx/propecia-side-effects.html doesn't list infertility directly but does report abnormal ejaculation & decreased ejaculatory volume which may lead to infertility.
