i've been experiencing nausea, fatigue, dizziness and a headache for the last 3 days. could this just be a migraine? or from pseudotumor cerebri?

Migraine: is a serious and complex neurologic disorder. Headache, vertigo, visual disturbances nausea, vomiting, sensitivity to light or sound, dizziness, neck pain, stomach pain hives.
