Can't tell from here: I'm sorry, but we can't tell online what's causing your sharp stabbing chest pain. You need an urgent medical evaluation -- just as when you asked this same question the other day. Blood clots are possible, and are 1 possible cause of the symptoms you describe. This doesn't mean you definitely have these, but the possibility is a good reason to see a doctor asap. Wishing you good health.
