Not sure of the ?: I think you are asking if a woman who is pregnant must have symptoms of the pregnancy. These include headaches, fatigue, breast tenderness, food and smell sensitivities, nausea and vomiting, even many types of pain. Most women have some amount of these issues but some have little to none. We don't believe that it is at the "option" of the mother to choose whether she experiences these or not!
