Maybe: A lot of vomiting can cause electrolyte imbalances and dehydration, so this needs close monitoring. Hopefully your symptoms are mild and you are still eating ok and this will gradually improve on its own, but long-term dizziness isn't good and likely can be help by medical therapy. Get checked out by your doctor.
