Yes: If it ruptures, you can bleed to death which is why surgery is recommended if it becomes large or expands rapidly.

Yes: Any person with a AAA can die. Typically the larger the aneurysm, the greater the risk. Younger individuals, especially less than 40, typically do not have significant aneurysms without a familial cause such as marfan's or ehlers danlos and in these patient the aneurysms can be fatal.

AAA in young person: While anything is possible, aneurysms are exceedingly rare in young persons. They may be seen associated with infections and in that situation, yes, they can be dangerous.
