Skin spots: Most skin spots are amenable to laser skin treatment especially if they have not improved with prescription topical therapy. Go see a doctor who provides this service.

Difficult problem: Hyperpigmentation can be superficial and/or deep, frequently a combination. The deep can be very difficult to resolve, and may require the use of lasers or ipl. Superficial pigment can often be addressed with hydroquinones, or azeleic acid creams. Daily sunscreen is needed to prevent recurrence, and it takes months to resolve with treatment.
