Anything possible?: The chance is less than one in a million, not zero though. Please do not get over worried, but get it checked. Pregnancy symptoms are non-specific and are due to changes in hormonal levels. You might have some hormonal changes for other reason causing you miss the periods and also causing your symptoms.

Yes: You need to contact your doctor immediately. There is a chance you may have an ectopic or tubal pregnancy.

Take pregnancy test: The chance is quite low, but home pregnancy testing is quick, simple and highly accurate. So, i would do this first to see..If you have been sexually active and not using protection (i.E condom), pregnancy is possible. If negative, and you continue to feel this way, consult doc for an evaluation...Ectopic pregnancy is a concern. Good luck.
