I am 24 years old unmarried i have brownish discharge 2 days before periods since 2 years this prolongs my period to 10 days is it lead to infertility?

Probably not: Premenstrual spotting may be normal, particularly if you have had for a prolonged time. Other cause can be low Progesterone or elevated prolactin. Full flow of menses for more than 7 days is not normal and should be evaluated as this may also represent an intrauterine process such as a fibroid or polyp.

Please discuss this with your Gynecologist who has your complete medical history. If you are not confident with your Doctor please see another for a second opinion.
