Sometimes : Sometimes hormone causes can cause dysfunctional uterine bleeding which is a possibility. Another possibility is that some women get increased secretions at the time of ovulation. If you are concerned about infection you should have a gynecological evaluation. If you are at all worried about pregnancy, take a urine pregnancy test. Also please be sure that you are up to date on your pap test. If you get increased bleeding, pain, or new symptoms then please be seen immediately.
