Many possibilities: Reaching an orgasm requires that you're relaxed enough to enjoy the experience, aren't distracted by stress, aren't depressed, aren't fighting w/your partner, etc. And as you've noted, many antidepressants, especially the ssris, can lead to anorgasmia (inability to reach orgasm). I'm assuming that you're "off meds" but that could still leave you depressed, distracted & not in a good relationship.
