Ergonomics: You may be developing carpal tunnel syndrome. Make sure you keep your wrists straight while typing and have a soft gel cushion to rest them lightly upon. If the problem persists despite these measures see your physician for treatment.

Wrist pain: Do your type a great deal? Are your hands/wrist/ forearm in straight alignment? Have you ever been diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome? If you have to type a lot at work, many employers can arrange to have an ergonomic study done to see how positioning could be healthier/ safer for you. For significant pain, see your doctor.
