Yes be carefull: You can have sex but have to be careful you dont cause strain on your affected knee you may use a position in which knee does cause instability of the affected knee like twisting motion or knee bending backwards, and avoid jerky movements and use the acl fitted brace if possible try various positions to find the one you can give the least stress like on side etc, and move the affected knee as little.
