How do i tell what conditions my glasses correct for without bothering busy doctor?

Check lenses: If your lense over a line of print magnify, then you are farsighted. If they minify, you are myopic. At your age presbyopia is not at questions. Finally you might have some astigmatism - look face on through the lens looking at a straight line and turn the lense. If the line stays unchanged, you do not have astigmatism. With astigmatism the line will jiggle.
