What's better for your wrists: navigating with a mouse or a keyboard?

Neither: Both can cause carpal tunnel if not used properly and ergonomically.

Depends!: If a person has limited hand or finger functioning, that affects the choice. Also how much time is spent on the computer affects this too, as well as the kind of tasks primarily done on the device. Someone who does a lot of inputting of text will use a keyboard mudch of the time, and a mouse less often. There is no single good answer.
