Presbyopic, but also i have farsightedness. is it true problems will go away with cataract removal?

Generally true: Precise measurements of the eye are taken prior to surgery to determine what implant power would be appropriate. An implant would be selected to eliminate farsightedness. We now have multifocal implants that will eliminate the farsightedness and reduce the presbyopia as well!
