What will help ease lower back pain from standing on hard floor at work?

Back pain: Be sure you have good well fitting orthopedically correct shoes. Try an arch support. Place a pad at the work bench if you can to soften floor surface. Watch your posture and stand tall with shoulders back. Take frequent breaks and stretch. Exercise daily.

Exercise: Doing stretching exercises and core strengthening exercises will help your back. Also wearing good quality supportive shoes are important as well.
