Not sure if i should rush to the emergency room. just passed out?

?seizure: Not clear to me why, and assume this happened a few days ago. Suggest you see your doctor and uncover if this due to seizure, heart rhythm disturbance, or a fainting spell. Er is costly, tedious, and is not designed for full evaluation, as is there to decide possible hospital admission.
