Many things.: They will gather a tremendous amoutn of information on you, your social and general health and your work and work environment. They will need to determine your ability to work, work where your are and how it will affect you. Testing will be in order.

Depends on your job: The screening will usually involve getting your demographics and vital signs. After that the screening should be based on the kind of work you do. If you are exposed to noise you'll have a hearing test. If there are possible toxic exposures there will be tests to see if you have been effected by those.
