Depends: How well does the guard fit? Why are you doing it? The guard must fit well. But: problems: peroxyl is no longer in gel form only liquid, so it would be hard to place it in your guard and then the guard on your teeth, without spilling the peroxyl. (that won't work) if you want to whiten your teeth, see your dentist who can evaluate the guard fit and dispense proper whitening gel.
