Vaginal estrogen: Lets focus on the main complaints: menopause, vaginal dryness, and decreased sex drive. To some extent sex drive will be driven by anticipatory discomfort related to intercourse. For this reason, i believe that the first step is treating the vaginal dryness and then proceeding with further treatment based on this intervention: 1. Lubricants - astroglide, replens 2. Vagifem or Estrace (estradiol) cream.

Vaginal estrogen: If the lack of sex drive is due to pain each time you try, you may want to see your gyn who can prescribe an estrogen cream. This will thicken the vaginal liking and also lubrication.
