Cervix are high soft and closed 3 weeks after period could i be pregnant?

Cannot tell!: The first day of your period is day#1. Most women are most fertile around day#14. Most pregnancy tests do not turn positive until about day#28 (assuming regular cycles). At three weeks after your period, even if you had conceived, it would be near impossible to tell if you were pregnant. The cervix, on exam, is a poor indicator of early pregnancy. I hope this helps!
