Acanthosis nigricans: If this is equal on both sides, it could be acanthosis nigricans. This condition can be related to many disorders but is commonly related to Insulin resistance or diabetes. It sometimes can affect other skin folds like the neck and fingers. Please see your doctor to evaluate this.
