Do a home preg test: If not + and u do not get a period, see your gyn , u need a blood preg test- if - could be a number of other causes, you will need additional blood work, and an ultrasound , but the main thing is to make sure u are not preg because if you are after a tubal there is more chance it would be in the tube( ectopic) so see your gyn today.

Tubal pregnancy: You could be pregnant. A tubal ligation does not always work. Please see a doctor right away and get a blood pregnancy test. You may have an ectopic or tubal pregnancy which can be very dangerous if not treated quickly. Take care. Get the blood test - quantitative beta HCG - today.
