No: While there might be some really rare and unusual cases of "cervical pregnancies" if the cervix was left in place during a hysterectomy, this is not possible. If you have had a hysterectomy then you should not worry about getting pregnant. I hope this helps!

Highly unlikely: Pregnancy needs implantation of the fetus in the uterus. So if there is no uterus it is highly unlikely to continue pregnancy. There could be some sort of ectopic pregnancy but it cannot progress.
