No, sorry: Dandruff is caused by an overpopulation/overgrowth of a yeast that lives on everyone's scalp. For whatever reason, your body is prone to allowing this yeast to over grow on your scalp which causes dandruff (seborrheic dermatitis). Sometimes the rash extends to involve the face/ears/neck/chest. It can only be controlled, not cured.
