Is there any cure available for dandruff? can it be treated completely?

No cure: There is no cure, just on going management. Be sure and wash your hair daily with a good dandruff shampoo such as head and shoulders or t-gel. If those products don't help, there is a prescription shampoo called Nizoral (ketoconazole) that may work better. You will need to see your doctor and discuss other options.
