Corneal ulcer: This is most likely (in a contact lens wearer) to be a bacterial ulcer focus on the cornea which appears to be on the iris due to juxtaposition. Remove your contact and seek help from the ophthalmologist to prevent this from spreading or deepening.

? early keratitis: Your description sounds like an early ctl-related keratitis. Discontinue your contact lenses and see an eye doctor asap.

I wouldn't say it's a question but I have a glow like spot next to the Iris / color part of my right eye. It's not painful or irritable but my eye feels a bit different than usual. It also has a slight twitch now and then which subsided a bit.
