I'm 28 years old and haven't been to an obgyn since i was 18... (it was at a health clinic that scared me, so i never went back)...was that a mistake?

Try again : I am a dentist not an ob/gyn but alot of people are afraid of dentists. Try another ob/gyn office. Ask your girlfriends who they like especially if they have been pregnant. When you make your appointment let the nurse know you are scared, tell them about your bad experience when you were 18. They will understand and will help you face this fear.
