What is the daily recommended amount of caffeine for the average person?

None: There no recommended amount. Caffeine is not needed for healthful living. Moderate intake is not known to cause harm. Most people can take about 300 mg or about 3 cups of coffee. You need to see what you can tolerate, as higher doses may cause rapid heart rate, disturbance of sleep and excessive urination. Depends : Who is the average person? Each one has a different tolerance to caffeine or medications. Our rate of metabolism is different and it changes with our aging progress. Use it moderately and listen to your body , it will tell you how much is enough for you
