Exactly how many people in the us suffer from carpal tunnel or rsi?

Quite a few: 50-500 per 1000, depending on which groups of people you survey. It's a pretty significant number of people who suffer from a preventable and highly treatable disease. Not only are there some very good surgical fixes these days, there is some omm that can be highly effective in treating carpal tunnel syndrome.
