Excellent: For women who want long term pregnancy prevention, the Nexplanon is excellent. My patients who have used it state that they hardly know it's there. The Nexplanon can cause some variations in your cycle, but overall patient satisfaction with this method is very high. For pregnancy prevention this is also one of the best methods out there.
